Hose Assemblies are made at two EUROPOWER sites - in Leeds, (the main assembly production facility), supplies OEM customers in the UK and some overseas area's, including, KOMATSU, JCB, CATERPILLAR, INGERSOLL RAND, McCORMICK TRACTORS (UK & ITALY), BENTLEY CARS, BAE SYSTEMS.

At KOMATSU UK we have an in house production facility and also provide a line-side delivery service.

The Poznan facility supplies KOMATSU in Germany.

Leeds produces upto 10,000 assemblies / week, with around 2000 / week from the Poznan plant.

Product range on Thermoplastic, Rubber, or Wire Braid hose, from 1/8" to 2 1/2" bore size, with a working pressure range of 25 to 800 bar.

We also produce "kitted" sub assemblies where combinations of upto 12 individual hoses are "kitted" and colour coded to increase efficiencies during fit up.

Assemblies can have added protection such as metal spiral guards, plastic armour, paint spray protection etc.

All assemblies have been designed using our DM&Q techniques and have a 4 to 1 safety factor built in.
